Simplicity, wit, and good typography.
— Michael Beirut

I’m a designer in Austin, TX working on user interface design, branding, and art direction projects.

I graduated from Texas State University in December 2017 with a double major in Communication Design and Advertising. My interests in human behavior and decision-making led me to start my education in psychology, but I quickly realized I also have a deep need to be creative. Thankfully, I found the best of both worlds in advertising and design.

Originally from Southern California, I’m a born-again Texan with a passion for new and challenging experiences that’s led me to visit 49 of the 50 great states (ask me which one I’m missing,) become a member of the Polar Bear Club in Utqiagvik, Alaska, canoe 340 miles of the Mississippi River, cycle the Florida Keys, and move to Minneapolis for a year to see if I could handle the winter.

Reach out if you like what you see and would like to collab or just to chat — I’ve listed some of my favorite topics below.

Currently @ Archer Malmo.
